Ms Sandra James is a seasoned criminal justice professional with over 16 years of civilian experience working within a Sheriff’s Office environment. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and has dedicated her career to supporting law enforcement operations, enhancing administrative systems, and developing training that strengthens organizational effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Sandra has played a critical role in managing records systems, coordinating with the District Attorney’s Office, supporting court processes, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. She has extensive experience in areas such as records management, case preparation, background investigations, and law enforcement support operations.

Sandra also serves as a training administrator, where she develops and delivers practical, real-world instruction for law enforcement personnel and administrative staff. Her training focuses on improving documentation, communication, system usage, and operational procedures—bridging the gap between policy and day-to-day execution.

As the founder of James Criminal Justice Consulting LLC, Sandra provides professional development, community education, and operational training services designed to help individuals and organizations navigate the criminal justice system more effectively. Her work is rooted in clarity, structure, and real-world application, ensuring that clients gain not only knowledge, but actionable insight.
