Sandra James is the Founder and CEO of James Criminal Justice Consulting LLC. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Troy University and brings more than 16 years of experience working in the criminal justice field in a civilian law enforcement capacity.

Sandra is passionate about educating, empowering, and equipping individuals with practical knowledge of the criminal justice system. Through James Criminal Justice Consulting LLC, she provides educational courses, workshops, mentoring, and professional development opportunities designed to help individuals make informed decisions and achieve personal and professional growth.

In addition to her criminal justice expertise, Sandra is a Professional Life Coach who specializes in criminal justice-related areas. She works with students, justice-involved individuals, young adults, professionals, and community members to help them identify goals, overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop strategies for success.

Sandra's mission is to make criminal justice education accessible, encourage lifelong learning, and create opportunities for individuals to transform their lives through knowledge, guidance, and personal development.
