Failure to maintain appropriate conduct may result in termination of mentorship services without refund (if applicable).

All payments are securely processed through Wave Financial.
Prices for paid courses will be clearly listed before purchase
By submitting payment, you agree to the listed fee
No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated
If a class is canceled by James Criminal Justice Consulting LLC, a refund or reschedule option will be provided

11. Court-Related Services, Justice-Involved Participants, and Mentorship Policy
Purpose of Services
James Criminal Justice Consulting LLC provides educational courses, professional development training, and mentorship services designed to support personal growth, accountability, and informed decision-making. No Guarantee of Legal Outcomes
Participation in courses, mentorship programs, or workshops does not guarantee any specific legal outcome, including but not limited to reduced charges, dismissal of cases, probation modifications, or favorable court decisions. Any use of our services in connection with court proceedings is at the sole discretion of the court or referring authority.
Court-Ordered or Referred Participation
